  Gerber output is intended to be used for a preliminary check purpose only, and might not be useful for production purposes. GDS-II shall be exported to layout editors for detailed design, and might not suite well for direct production purpose.

  Importing APD/Ismo/L-Edit is intended for limited use, such as importing back the exported data with small modification. It might not work for arbitrary data. For usage beyond this intention, detailed description of importable data is provided so that you can test and develop your usage.
